Elixier Julep

GLASS: A julep tin or rocks glass

ICE: Crushed or cracked

GARNISH: A generous mint sprig.

METHOD: Place ingredients in silver cup and muddle; add crushed ice and stir.

INGREDIENTS:

30 ml Jefferson's bourbon whiskey

30 ml The Bitter Truth Elixier

8-10 mint leaves
