James has been immersed in the drinks industry for the last 17 years. Beginning as a junior salesman in London selling a portfolio of wines and spirits he learnt his trade in the fast moving market of London style bars and restaurants. In 1999 Inspirit brands was born and James moved to head up the fledgling business. Over the following years Inspirit grew into a multimillion pound business with a reputation for innovation and market prominence. After selling the business in 2010 and completing the handover, James joined Love Drinks in early 2013 as Sales and Marketing Director.

Rachel brings a wealth of experience to the team. With over 7 years account management, gained across a wide range of customers at Anheuser-Busch dealing with brands such as Budweiser, Michelob & Estrella Damm, as well as 4 years managing Pitcher & Piano bars across the UK, Rachel understands the challenges and opportunities of the dynamic marketplace.

Emily has worked for 12 years in the On-Trade including in 3 years working in the management team for the prestigious Morgan’s Hotel Company. Her experience there culminating in brand and menu development for their 5 UK based outlets. Her qualifications include a Professional Spirits WSET Diploma, CIM Certificate in Marketing and Writing Diploma from Oxford University and a very useful BA in Dance.
